Refund Policy

Money-back guarantee

Every order is covered by a money-back guarantee for the guarantee period stated on the page of the product you ordered. If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a refund within that period.

How to request a refund

• Email support@wellnessnowtoday.com with your order number (from your confirmation email) and the name the order was placed under.
• We will confirm your request by email and tell you if a return is needed.
• Once a refund is approved it is issued to the original payment method. Your bank may need several more days to show it on your statement.

Returns

If a return is needed, we will send you the instructions and the address to use.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, does not work or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. An order that has not shipped yet is cancelled and refunded; an order that has already shipped follows the refund process above.
